(this step was done amidst a lot of googling so I dont really know exactly what I did.Updating wifi driver via device manager.Disabling and enabling my wifi driver(qualcomm adapter which I know has been having some windows issues).When I first noticed the internet issues I tried ipconfig release and renew along with flushing DNS,.Oddly, I can connect to my phones hotspot without any issues. My desktop has had bluetooth connectivity in the past. My bluetooth is not showing up in settings nor is there a bluetooth adaptor in the device manager. While this issues comes and goes, at this point in time it is happening everytime I connect via that internet. One time even the windows search bar wasn't working. When it goes the entire wifi menu is broken along with the wifi section of the settings app and sometimes settings all together. I can connect to my home wifi but after a few minutes the connection goes out. Windows 10 version 1909 build 18363.592 Intel processor, qualcomm wifi driver. I have been having issues with my desktop for about a month now and its been getting worse (which could be because of my fiddling)
